My Story
Grounded in Liberation, Guided by Ancestral Wisdom
As a daughter of the African diaspora, spiritual and wellness leader, advocate, and speaker, I re-center healing and transformation inside of liberation. With roots in the Cape Verdean diaspora and black farmers of the American South, I bring a deep awareness of the ways adversity, displacement, and trauma impact our bodies and spirits. I believe every individual holds within them the potential to transform, liberate, and thrive - especially when in community with one another.
“We carry the echoes of our ancestors in our bones, their resilience in our breath, and their dreams in our living. To honor them, we must keep building.”
— Daniela Harrigan, Chaplain

Inclusivity
Transformation and liberation require every voice, every story, and every sacred journey is honored and held with care.
Justice
Justice is not merely about addressing what harms us, but also about building what sustains and restores us.
